Part of being a Christian is recognizing the deceptive attacks of the devil. This so-called "enemy" starts to inject bad or inappropriate thoughts that many people succumb to, even the believers. In our modern world today, there have been incidences that were noted in which various hoaxes are penetrating the Church causing the shaking of the Christian faith. This deception gets into most people's heart and mind for the devil is actually scheming and subtle to carry out his evil plans.
Actually for most Christians, deception happening in many churches is not taken as a surprise for God has already written it in the Holy Scripture. It is even emphasize that in the end times, believers will become unfaithful to the Word of God and would follow the doctrines of demons. Particularly, this Truth is written in 1 Timothy 2:1-5: "Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons by Ed Donally, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; for it is sanctified by the Word of God and prayer (NKJV)."
Basically, the verses quoted above somehow defines the teachings of devils, and that is not telling the Truth, having no sense of morality, not believing in the sanctity of marriage, as well as not taking in and/or not being thankful for all of God's blessings. But, these lists are just some of the ways of the enemy. In truth, all things or practices not found in the Scripture are not from God. Therefore, anyone of you who is able to observe these in your church must pray hard and be vigilant enough not to be deceived. It seemed impossible that the deception of the devil would be able to get its way to Christian believers, even the hardcore ones. People may say that the evil ways are pretty much obvious so churches can easily determine it and do something to get rid of it. But, it is already written in the Bible that some believers will be deceived and it is already evident in some of the churches today. That "some" could be you or your family. So the best way to protect yourself from being deceived is to strengthen your relationship with God through prayer and knowing the Truth so you will be able to identify if your Church is starting to spread the Doctrines of Devils and mislead each and every one of you.
